Using Google Sandbox
If you have been domaining or a web developer for some time, you have probably heard of the Google adword sandbox. If you are fairly new to the industry, you may not have heard about the sandbox. This is one of the most powerful tools on the Internet for a developer or domainer to maximize their income from SEO or parking. The Google SandBox is a highly useful tool and aids in strengthening websites that have very poor rankings in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS). The sandbox allows you to put in a term and view the global and local monthly searches for the term and associated terms. It shows the competition for advertising dollars in terms of CPC and brings back results that recommend like terms to achieve reaching customers based on these terms.
I use the sandbox to provide results on high CPC and popular terms that I can then use in my meta tags and articles to gain ranking in SERPs. After 24-months of daily use, I have had success achieving #1 ranking in Google results and my parking revenue went from $xx.00 to thousands per month using this tool. They key here is that Google provides its data free to you by using the sandbox and literally gives you the most popular terms and keywords.
In an experiment some months ago, I used the terms as my menu items with the highest CPC term as the first navigation link within the site. Then wrote articles on the term in regard to subject matter. Within 2-3 weeks my site appeared on the first page of the results. My Amazon affiliate graphic was clicked an average of 4-5 times a day with at least one turning into a sale. Although I would like to share the url for the site, my competition would like it even more and therefore, I will keep it private in this article. However, I think you can see the point I am making.
Don’t waste time and money guessing, use Google’s own data to your advantage. Use the millions of results condensed into specific terms for your competitive edge. Use it to be the leader in your area of domaining and web development, not the follower.

One of the best tools indeed! Another tip is to focus on keyword niches that don’t have as much competition. You can sometimes own those keyword combos for a long time and pop in 1st spot, or first page for years. Another tip is to find good niches first like this and then reg the domains to match.
Could not agree more… I have hundreds with of domains regged with these phrases at top CPCs. It is a beautiful way to use Google’s data to help you make more money.
